CLIENT POLICIES + PROCEDURES
Satisfaction Guarantee: It is our mission that every client who visits our salon leaves feeling beautiful. Should your services not meet your expectations and you are unsatisfied, we ask that you contact the salon within 48 hours. We will happily provide a complimentary fix or alternative solution to rectify the problem within two weeks of the service. Due to the nature of our industry, and that all services require time, we do not issue refunds.
Ala Carte Pricing: Each service at Ash + Oak has its own separate pricing. This allows for prices to be comprehensive for its time and value in the salon. For any questions regarding a price for your service it is best to inquire with your service provider directly.
Product Return Policy: All home care products can be exchanged for equal or lesser value products with in 2 weeks of the purchase date.
Cancellation Policy: Our stylists time is valuable. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. This gives our stylists time to contact and schedule any clients that may be on a waitlist, allowing us to better serve everyone. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a service will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Clients who no-show appointments without notice may be subject to 100% of the cost of the service to ensure future booking.
